Responsibilities of Real Estate Licensees (License Law Course)

Effective July 1, 2016, any licensee renewing a real estate license must complete 3 hours of continuing education in an approved course on the topic of license law. This course meets the license law education requirement and reviews the Georgia Real Estate License Laws, and the Rules required under Rule 520-2-.04(6)(f).
