Wade Gaddy

Wade Gaddy, a certified appraiser and the founder of the Atlanta Institute of Real Estate, has been associated with real estate education in Georgia for over 30 years. He is the author of several real estate texts including Real Estate Fundamentals and has served on the continuing education faculties of four Georgia universities. Wade is the senior faculty member of the Georgia REALTORĀ® Institute (GRI) and is a regular instructor for the Georgia Association of REALTORSĀ® Partners in Education program. Wade was recently designated a Certified Instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This prestigious designation is issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Only seven other instructors in Georgia have received this designation.
